Can you believe Halloween is only a week away? I live for the holidays and always love scouring the internet, holiday issues of magazines, and Pinterest (of course) each year. I thought it might be fun to showcase a few Halloween treats that I’ve had my eye on this year.
Spooky Spider Cupcakes – I am definitely lacking in the cutesy food skills department, but even I could make these little scary spider cupcakes.
Monster Munch – Great for snacking and quick and easy to throw together. Did I mention this popcorn monster munch looks great sitting in a glass jar or bowl on your counter. It’s a decoration in itself!
Jack O’Lantern Burgers – I absolutely love this little Halloween twist to burger night at home. Simply cut out your own little jack o’lantern face out of the cheese and add ketchup “blood” as desired.
Eyeball Truffles – I have had these pinned for several years now and am hoping to make a batch this week. The recipe is the same as our favorite Oreo Truffles, but made with Nutter Butters and white chocolate instead. Add a gummy lifesaver and upside down chocolate chip and you have yourself a scary eyeball treat.
Graveyard Pudding – So cute! This recipe combines a few spooky treats into the perfect Halloween dessert that you and your little ones are sure to love. Classic dirt pudding recipe with Milano cookie tombstones and Nutter Butter ghosts.
Candy Corn Pizza or Mummy Pizza – Can’t wait to try the candy corn pizza (just garlic and 2 types of cheese). We’re planning on making a pizza to enjoy while we carve our pumpkins this weekend.
Pumpkin Face Clementines – An easy way to dress up a healthy snack. Great for packing in lunches!
Oh …and how scary cute are these Syringe Shirley Temples? Such a fun drink idea for a Halloween party.
Hope you enjoy making a few of these quick and easy treats this week to get you in the Halloween spirit! For more inspiration, check out my Hocus Pocus board on Pinterest!
